What We Do
Study Missions for State and Public Officers, empowerment programs, consultancy, research and partnerships — all designed around the real needs of your institution.
Capacity Development
Ethical training from the Ethics and Integrity Institute anticipates a variety of difficult situations and presents examples of ethical dilemmas in the workplace along with ways that employees can approach them. At a high level, these dynamic and constantly changing courses present and reinforce different ethical concepts.
Get new leadership strategies to bring out the best in you and your team. EII’s leadership training provides numerous avenues for enhancing the qualities of good leadership — team building, strategic planning, decision making and more, proven to work in a “real world” environment.
Governance training courses enable board members to take a critical look at performance, learning alongside peer members and prominent chairpersons from around the world while exploring successes, failures and best practices.
Administration training programs are meant for administration staff and others such as librarians, public relations officers, personal assistants, secretaries, security officers and front office staff.
These courses benefit procurement managers and supply chain managers, especially with regard to the tendering process, procurement laws and ethics management.
How HR professionals act is just as important as what they know — that’s why soft skills are so essential for growth. Soft skills enable HR professionals to interact effectively and harmoniously with co-workers, management and customers.
The goal of team training is to develop cohesiveness among team members, allowing them to get to know each other and facilitate relationship building. Team training can be administered either in-house or externally.
